The quality of the printing is excellent. Moreover I have no trouble loading new ink cartridges. I am delighted with these cartridges.

Nothing but problems since we got it. Had to call HP twice for tech support. I’ve been an HP printer guy all my life and this is the only troublesome one so far. Every day there is some new. Today I printed out 2 pages but only one printed and I had a message that I had to remove the paper from the output tray! Are you kidding me! Hopefully it’s user error or inexperience. And I hope it’ll get better.

I like being able to purchase the black ink along with all of the colors as it's a better value than purchasing individually.

Not much to write. As long as the cartridges function properly everything works great. No problems.
