I'm disappointed that HP all-in-one did not accept HP cartridges. Problem is printer hardware faulty but HP won't supply free parts. Cost of parts is greater than cost of new machine. It's hard to prove if machine was purposefully disabled electronically to create new sales. Add more to the landfill!!

Good service at staples Ink is too expensive I would recommend staples and hp product but it is too expensive!
