I know HP may cost more but at least they don't mess up my printer. I bought non genuine and had to replace the printhead - ridicilous... This one works great though. Got it at a good price on with a coupon.

I have used HP products for many years and very glad I do The cost of the products are real affordable to the common people of today's world. If you are on a budget you can afford the products from HP. A lot of printers may be low cost but when it comes to replacement of the ink it is cheaper to buy another printer. HP printers last and the ink for them are affordable too. I have both a printer for individual print outs and one for multi printing for one of my jobs. I can print tournament forms and information for large meetings at a lower cost then a laser printer.
