Not a grip about Staples but against the printer companies when it is cheaper to buy a new printer than refills for the ink. we should be trying to cut down on waste in this country. instead of promoting waste by discarding printers just to replace ink.

Yellow cartridge not recognized as genuine HP

The yellow ink cartridge was not recognized as a genuine HP cartridge and it took 20 minutes of removing and reinserting and turning printer off and on before it asked me if i wanted to use it anyway. It seems to be working now.
