The produce installed without issue and the HP printer recognized the cartridges as new without any error codes or problems.

This ink is high quality and provides sharp clear well balanced color copies that are easy to read with colors that pop and gain attention. Much better than refills or many other brands that look faded and often blurry.

Not a grip about Staples but against the printer companies when it is cheaper to buy a new printer than refills for the ink. we should be trying to cut down on waste in this country. instead of promoting waste by discarding printers just to replace ink.

I use this product in my printer which is used for our family owned and operated HVAC business as well as personal use. The cartridges are easy to install with no mess to clean up and the cost to print is very reasonable. I certainly will continue to use this product and recommend it to mu friends and business associates.
