They were full of ink and it was very inky ink. The best inky ink cartridge I have ever purchased.

Thank you for the quick and excellent service on my recent visit to Staples in Westwood Village. I knew in advance what I wanted to purchase so it was just a matter of a few questions and finding the items. Your staff were available to answer the questions and direct me to the best options and prices for my needs. Thank you again

So glad this multi-color XL pack is available for purchase. It is not in the stores unfortunately but in a way that worked out great because I got a better deal online. I haven't opened it yet so I hope it's not dried out (I have the receipt in case there's a problem). I have used this same ink for the past several years and never had a problem with it. Overall glad to have it in stock. Thank you!
