Worked fine when I inserted the yellow cartridge. Unfortunately a week later when I replaced the cyan cartridge it won't seat properly so my printer won't work.

The cartridge didn't fit your cartridge holder. There is a reason for this issue, but we regret you experienced it. It could be the wrong cartridge. Sometimes, printers have multiple cartridges that work with the printer model. I can walk you through a return. Go to www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/returnsandexchanges and fill out all the information.

I always buy branded cartridges for my HP printer as I have not had that much success with other brands in the past. They last a good amount of time and there are never any problems. However, I do wish they were more affordable.
