I believe it’s a great product however whenever I run out of the color cartridges which are a lot smaller than the black one my printer will not print and it indicates that I change all of the cartridges. That means that I have three black cartridges that still have ink in them because it is requesting a new one every time. If someone could show me how to fix that issue I would give the product five stars!
