Never had issues w/ original HP Ink Cartridges but they are obnoxiously over-priced. It's no secret that the copier prices are almost a give-away since in the life of the unit margins & profits are forever in the cartridges many times. Next copier we plan to buy we will definitely consider refillable ink cartridges for both environmental & cost reasons.
