My printer is relatively new. I replaced ALL of my cartridges. The only color that is correct is BLACK. I took them out to make sure they were in correctly and they were. Perhaps I got a bad batch? At any rate I am definitely NOT HAPPY.

I always recommend HP products. I have used them for over 20 plus years? I know our oldest child was in high school. I love the XL cartridges. It is nice not to have to change often.

When my printer alerted me that I needed to replace my ink cartridges I inserted cartridges that I had purchased along with the printer about 2 years ago. I noticed on the unopened cartridge box "warranty expires Sept. 2020". When I inserted them the print did not work. I then came to Staples and purchased new cartridges that are marked "warranty expires Sept. 2022". When I inserted them the printer worked fine. My complaint is not with Staples but with HP. What a ripoff.

Expensive. I would rate it low for this reason. I hardly use my printer and replacing ink more often than I think I should have to. I could buy a new printer with the cost of two replacement packages.
