The Cyan ink cartridge is defected and does not come out properly. This is the second cartridge that I got that have this problem.

I tried using off-brand inks it was a mistake! Once I went back to using Hp ink there were no more different shades of ink. No more leaks just clear perfect color and printed copy’

Good ink works fine. That's a good thing since the printer won't operate with off-brand or re-manufactured cartridges. I understand HP firmware on the printer mandates that only HP ink works in the printer.
