This is the first time purchasing from Staples and the quality is not very good. I may try again otherwise I will need to find a new location to purchase my computer supplies.

Hi Valerie It is regrettable that you didn't get a set of cartridges that worked well for you. I can understand if you're not happy about that. If any of the cartridges were received defective look into returning it to the seller. Having extra capacity cartridges helps reduce the need to replace them as often. That said it would be cheaper to replace the entire printer than buy these replacement cartridges frequently. Certainly causing me to print less than before.
