This is the first time purchasing from Staples and the quality is not very good. I may try again otherwise I will need to find a new location to purchase my computer supplies.

Hi Valerie It is regrettable that you didn't get a set of cartridges that worked well for you. I can understand if you're not happy about that. If any of the cartridges were received defective look into returning it to the seller. Because of arthritis in both hands I have great difficulty opening each cartridge by taking off the plastic piece. Very difficult. One of the cartridges leaked all over inside of printer and on my carpet/
