I was very disappointed. I installed the “new” ink cartridges. The Cyan was no good at all. The other inks were not completely full either except for the black. I went back to the store immediately. I took a photo showing the ink levels plus my old cartridges I had removed and the “new” ones I had just installed. Plus a printout showing a ghostly image. All to prove I wasn’t lying. Ink costs why too much to be unreliable! I returned the set for a refund. I didn’t want an exchange just in case the other inks came from the same inferior lot. I still need ink too! 🤷♀️

The Hewlett Packard Office Jet Pro 6970 series printer is above and beyond the call of duty. The cartridges for it are easy to install and maintain an integrity in document reproduction that is well appreciated. Happy man spoken here.
