The product is fine but the price is getting ridiculous for home use. The color ones should also be xl use to match the black. HP also changed software too so that I must be sure to check date on package or won't work with my computer if earlier date. My daughter said she has gone away from buying HP printers because of ink prices and not lasting.

This is 2nd time in a year that one the cartridges (this time was magenta) did not work. If HP is going to sell me expensive refurb'd cartridges as new... make sure they work. My next printer purchase may not be HP.
