These cartridges are the only ones that really work in my HP Office Jet. I wish I could use other less expensive cartridges but HP has rigged it so that only there products work 100% or the time (if 100% is even possible). Europe has passed laws that would disallow this OM from preventing such discrimination.

I paid almost $100.00 for this ink and it was completely dried out??? I had to print up contracts so it was an emergency... I had to return the next day :( It was a major INCONVENIENCE and it was very stressful..

Put all new cartridges in my printer but it says “one or more cartridges are missing or damaged”. They’re all newly purchased from Staples and fully installed. Never had any prior problems with my HP6958 Officejet😔 Have tried cleaning printer heads 20 times resetting to factory setting unplugging and replugging power. Can’t try realignment since it now doesn’t print out any black ink despite replacing it with all new cartridges.
