I am using after market cartridge for now. I did purchase the original HP product from you and looking forward to its use. From past experience I could tell it was great .
I think You sold me a bad batch of ink. I have not been able bring it back.

The price for these ink cartridges have increased drastically. Like more than doubled since we bought this printer. This keeps up and I will start using a pencil and notebook paper again. And the printer won't allow you to use anything but HP cartridges. What a rip off.
Excellent product but was removed from the market suddenly last spring/summer and That was unfortunate! Pleased to now have it back. I like this product a lot for my work!
