The orange seal on each colour very difficult to twist off. I had to use a needle by nose plied to twist off all 4 of them. That is my only complsint

Staples is terrible ordered printer and ink. The only ship the ink and never the printer. Not sure why they feel the ink for the new printer will do me any good without the printer.
