They are very very expensive. I am having problems with the Cyan color printing. It's probably the printer head. I am unable to clean it using the on line app for the printer no matter how many tomes I try.
the cayan and magenta are not working only the yellow

Hi Georgia I would like to clarify why the cyan and magenta did not work. If the cartridges are not new they are likely to empty. Replacing them will fix this problem. It might be a case of the printer not recognizing the cartridges. If there are any error messages see the support site for HP at https://support.hp.com/. There are lots of helpful articles to read. I am very unhappy with the color cartridges...very poor quality.

Hello Shirley There seems to be a lack of information of the poor quality. Was the ink streaking? Was it light or faded? Was it spotty? I can offer ideas on fixing all of these circumstances. If it was streaking clean the print rollers. Light or faded ink means the cartridge is running out or the print quality setting is too low. Increase it slowly. Spotty ink is usually resolved by cleaning the printhead. If the problem persists reach out to technical support at www.support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/. Amanda HP Care www.hp.com/support/
For me this ink is a little on the pricey side! We don’t use the printer that often but it’s better to buy the package that includes all colors since it’s a little cheaper.
I had to use regular size cartridges in the past when there was a problem with the XL cartridges. I was extremely disappointed in how fast those cartridges emptied. These cartridges give you so much more ink!
