Ever since I have installed the ink cartridges in my HP printer I have had to clean the printer head multiple times. After printing the label or a document the successive prints are not satisfactory. I have never cleaned my printer heads in the ten or more years we've had this printer. Evidently the ink was old and sticky or gummy however you'd like to describe it. I bought new ink yesterday and the printer seems to be working fine. Very disheartening to spend over $100 for ink and it not be satisfactory. I have learned since that there is an expiration date on ink which I did not know about. The new ink I purchased expires in next year.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used HP ink cartridges for years. I have never had a problem with the ink. I have used the ink toners as well and very happy with the toners. The colors of both the toner and cartridge are very vivid. I am both pleased and a happy customer with the HP ink cartridges.
