If the XL packages extend the life of the ink as long as the say they will it will be a good deal but spending more on ink than i did on the printer is still ridiculous.

when I scanned the display for the multipack ink desired I located the section of the display for my choice. I reached for the multipack checked out and when I returned home I opened then realized I picked a package in the next lower numbering group. Returned to the store seeking an exchange explaining my situation. The clerk said not an issue and started the transaction but ran into a "what or how do I do the next step to keep the Staples coupon discount. A second person responded to her call for assistance and completed the transaction described. Finalizing the exchange the first clerk checked the receipts to confirm all the steps were correct. I left the store realizing it was one of the better experiences over the many years of shopping Staples in my former and current state of residents.

Installed new cartridges and they were not recognized by the printer. Tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing worked. Had to go drop another bucket of money on actual HP ink.
