REASONABLE PRICE AND REALISTIC ARRANGEMENT WITH 2 BLACK CARTRIDGES WITH 3 DIFFERENT COLORED ONES. SINCE THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE RECEIVED COLORED XL CARTRIDGES I WILL HAVE TO WAIT TO SEE HOW THEY WORK AND PRODUCE.

The title says it all. HP inks are too expensive. Your rewar system is not understandable. Once figured out you discover it is almost worthless. Hopefully someday the HP ink monopoly will be broken and take Staples down with it.

Hello Shirley There seems to be a lack of information of the poor quality. Was the ink streaking? Was it light or faded? Was it spotty? I can offer ideas on fixing all of these circumstances. If it was streaking clean the print rollers. Light or faded ink means the cartridge is running out or the print quality setting is too low. Increase it slowly.
