The Cyan cartridge was defective out-of-the-box and left the color printing feature of my printer useless. The HP website was of no use at all. Staples is refunding the 4/pack for me.

My printer is brand new (has only been through one ink cartridge so far) and I used this HP-brand to replace my empty cartridge. In prints in streaks then i have to do the Clean Printer which sucks up tons of ink and works for a document or two and then streaks or prints only pink etc. Very very frustrating. I even spent 30-40 minutes cleaning the heads with alcohol per the manufacturer's guidance. Now the ink is nearly empty and I probably only printed 20 pages in color.

I purchase this product all of the time and I have never had a problem. This particular box had a defective cyan. I'm just frustrated because of course I had a project to complete. Hopefully I can make the exchange and all will be right with the world.

I paid almost $100.00 for this ink and it was completely dried out??? I had to print up contracts so it was an emergency... I had to return the next day :( It was a major INCONVENIENCE and it was very stressful..
