Works, but it has an issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this bidet for 7 months. For the first few months I didn't like it. The water spray is strong and even though the panel indicates you can lower it and the LED's move indicating a decrease in pressure, the pressure does not decrease. The "For His Back" position is a smaller diameter spray than the broader "For Her Back" position. I have adapted to the spray strength and use both the For His position and the For Her position. For Her feels just a bit gentler. They accomplish the cleaning just a bit differently and I like to use both. I also like that it has the control attached to the seat. It's dumb to have to find and keep track of a remote. So, I'm mostly happy with the bidet, but the spray force should be controllable in the decrease direction and it is not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything awesome on units purchased except there should be a spay beam adjust with force of spray as the lowest setting sometimes too high. If choose lowest setting initially, nice but it won't go back to that flow once push higher and return lowest. Trying to get into entrance at times can be challenging and of late have bruised entrance just left.

Cleans and refreshes the downstairs! Blowouts no problem. It gets the front and the back. Though if you stay on the dryer too long you wanna go again so caution there.
