[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this bidet. It’s very user friendly. Just be sure not to use harsh chemicals as it will discolor the toilet seat. We’ve had it for about 5 years and it still works great!

I bought this for the apparent improvements over another model. I have, the SB 1000, which I recently reviewed very favorably. I prefer the Earlier model, which is very considerably cheaper. The turbo mode has more force, and I only bought this model because the promised swirling motion was meant to help more with constipation. As it turns out, it’s not as good or as strong as the SB 1000. The basic features are pretty much the same on both models. The heat, the dryer the settings. Not enough difference to justify the additional cost, especially given that the one thing that to me mattered, which was the strength of the turbo mode is weaker on this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Using a bidet has been incredibly convenient and hygienic. Compared to other options, its performance is outstanding. The ability to adjust water temperature and pressure lets me customize it to my preference, and it’s easy to clean as well. I always feel refreshed afterward, so it has become an essential item I can’t do without.

This bidet is hands down the best purchase of the year! The heated seat makes it comfortable to use any time, whether it's cold winter mornings or warmer days. I love how customizable it is—every feature, from the water temperature to the spray intensity, is easily adjustable to suit my needs. It has completely changed my bathroom routine for the better! Highly recommend to anyone considering a bidet upgrade.
