I have used the SB 3000 for over 5 years, and it is the best seat. The options are simple to use and the heated seat 24/7 is a necessity!

I am a contractor and I recommend this toilet to each customer, who is interested in a bidet seat and they are becoming more and more. People start to see the advantages of them and we will never go without one again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a second SB 3000 since the first unit has been bullet proof with no issues. I use the Turbo mode since it works best for me. The handheld remote is perfect. Love it. I bought the first one during COVID and glad I did.
