I have used the SB 3000 for over 5 years, and it is the best seat. The options are simple to use and the heated seat 24/7 is a necessity!

I was the first one in my family to try out a bidet. When I tried one out at my friend’s house, I knew I needed one in my house. Bought a SB-3000 and installed this thing myself. All the parts were necessary except for the metal mesh hose that didn’t really need to be used cuz I used one that I already had connected to the toilet. Pretty simple procedure to get it all hooked up. Using this bidet seat is awesome. No going back. I highly recommend SB-3000 for anyone looking for a seamless bidet experience.
