This is supposed to stay on with tape on the inside. So it is not made to stay on without it. So basically it wears off if you need to remove case for any reason. Case itself does not fit on tight.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is nice cover/case for this flip phone. I will say, the cover/case will not protect the phone it is is drop from a significant height. However, the ring and feel of phone in your hands should assist with potential drops for the hand.
