Ring 4 life
on July 22, 2025
Posted by: CPlovesSamsung
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got the ring, I was looking forward to not going to bed without my watch! Strange thing was I got soo accustomed it was harder than I thought, initially! The metrics on the ring were so on point it got easier especially as it meant i could go a solid 8 days (yes you read right, eight) without recharging; and that was with 6 days of solid workouts for 45mins (with the watch on of course for those workouts). So far there's no issues with scratches either and with the silver one that was a concern at first.

Impressive Battery Life
on August 4, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was initially worried given all of the horror stories about the rings and its poor battery life, but after having it for a few months, I can say that it has reliable battery life. I wear a GW6 Classic and ring all day, and it easily transitions from using my watch data durring the day and takes data from my ring at night. The AI powered healrh tracking when combined with my watch and ring provided holistic review of my data 24/7. I only take my ring off when I shower and it very rapidly charges in the case, so.i havent needed to take it off for long durations to charge.

Fantastic Health Tool
on August 12, 2025
Posted by: VaeL02
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] in all honesty the prices a bit high, However, I did get this at a discount which was definitelynice. the ring can measure heart rate, stress, and blood oxygen as well as having great sleep tracking metrics. It also has gestures which, while not having many things to do, is really cool.
I'm not much of a ring wearer, however, this ring does feel great, and I almost don't even notice that its on. the battery life is great and it charges very quickly.
The ring does have galaxy ai which helps give you a sleep and energy score everyday.
The sleep score is great because it gives you very detailed insights to how you slept every night. the ring also does track blood oxygen in your sleep

Love the Features, Hate the battery life
on September 16, 2025

I received the ring as a Christmas gift. The manual says the charge will last 1 week. Initially, the charge did hold for about 1 week. Now, it barely holds for 1-day. For example, I charged it yesterday, and today it’s at 15%.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Aloha DoloresC, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to share your thoughts with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Your feedback is appreciated as we strive to improve the performance and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer Samsung Care+ which can be added to eligible devices. It's similar to extended warranty and an insurance package combined that provides protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It would cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ offers you the ultimate peace of mind when added to your eligible devices. Our partners at UbreakIfix are also available to assist you with any repair needs you may have. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring can last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. Please take a moment to review, "How to charge the Galaxy Ring" if you would like to learn more about the factors that may be impacting the life of your device. Let us know if you would like any further assistance afterward by contacting Samsung Support. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra

Disappointed with battery life
on September 29, 2025
Posted by: Raulvilla
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like Samsung products. I waited for the Samsung Ring to come out and pre-ordered it. I bought it over the Oura ring, wanting to have everything Samsung. Black size 10. I've had it for over a year, and the battery only lasts for 36 hours instead of 7 days. It has lost some of its black color, and a shiny finish shows in parts of it.
The software that it uses is great. I do enjoy checking my sleep, heart rate, breathing rate, daily step count, and the other functions. But the quality of the ring itself has disappointed me.

Response from Samsung USBy R&R TeamNovember 7, 2025
Hello there Dwood178,
Thanks for reaching out to share your sentiments with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Wearing your Galaxy Ring along with your Galaxy Watch provides continuous and comprehensive health tracking, offers convenient charging options, and extends your Galaxy Ring's battery life by up to 30%. Your Galaxy Watch serves as the primary device, managing data from both, while the Ring acts as a backup, ensuring uninterrupted health insights even if one device is charging. This combination offers a more complete picture of your health and fitness data within the Samsung Health app. Your Galaxy Ring is awesome at tracking metrics like steps, distance, calories, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen, skin temperature, and sleep stages. It also provides an energy score, offers sleep coaching, tracks menstrual cycles, and automatically detects and records workouts like walking and running. Additional features include gesture control for phone functions like dismissing alarms or taking photos, wireless charging, and integration with the Samsung Health app for personalized insights, all without the need of a subscription! In order to ensure that your Galaxy Ring remains in its pristine working condition, after exposure to liquids other than clean water (such as coffee, beverages, soapy water, oils, perfumes, and chemicals such as sunscreen, hand sanitizer, and cosmetics), please rinse the Ring with clean water, wipe with a soft, clean cloth, and dry thoroughly before use to maintain water resistance. The Galaxy Ring battery can last up to 7 days and if you combine that with a full cradle charge, you can get up to 14 days of battery life without plugging into an outlet! Feel free to check out, "Galaxy Ring won't charge" if you find your device no longer taking a charge. Please check out the resources shared below. Let us know if you have any questions or if you would like any further assistance by reaching out to Samsung Support afterward. Thanks for being a valued Samsung customer.
