Battery life is horrible

I have had my ring for a littlr over a year. At first it was, great now,.my battery no longer holds a charge and there is nothing that Samsung will do. I can't return it for repair because they say it was a demo model that should never have been sold. This was a gift. There is absolutely nothing on the box that indicates it is a demo model. I am beyond frustrated. I have been a Samsung user (phone and smartwatch, tvs) for over 15 years. I am now questioning if I will continue to purchase Samsung products.

Failing battery less than 2 years old.

I Have had this ring for almost 2 years and the battery is already failing. At first, it would show that it was fully charged, then minutes later drop down to 65%, then the next morning be at 11%. I tried a full battery sensor reset, and it will only last me maybe 2 days. It sucks that Samsung won't cover a non-fixable part.

Battery live is Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery life on the size 13 ring is amazing! Integrates perfectly with S23 Ultra and Galaxy Watch7. When I wear the ring 24/7 and charge my watch at night only, I get 10 days out of the ring, on day 9 I had just under 10% battery left in the ring. It does everything it has been advertised to do, tracks Skin temp, tracks HR and VHR at night while sleeping. I get to see everything that was recorded every morning, LOVE it! Thank you Samsung!

It would be better with more sensors. Also, the app doesn't have rowing as an option for working out. Also when I got sick the ring just thought I was stressed out. Even though my temp got to 99.9.

Having a good energy score has been aligned with how I feel thought the day and I strive to get a good score for better days. The stress level indicator is a good way to pinpoint specific events throughout the day that made my stress go up or down. I am more aware of what triggers my stress levels and it helps me monitor and correct the way I have reacted to things. Not only that but there's a plus because it tracks my steps without my watch being present if I happen to forget my watch at home.

What makes this ring special is how seamlessly it fits into my daily routine. It tracks my sleep, heart rate, and even skin temperature, then gives me an “Energy Score” each morning. It’s surprisingly helpful—especially when Galaxy AI explains what the numbers actually mean and offers advice to improve.
