Well knowing what I know now, I would have gotten the 5 cord for sure. That is nothing against the company that is my fault. Overall I think it is very nice, I really have enjoyed using it and can already tell a difference, I literally cannot wait until the next day to workout again.
My biggest negative is the track is not super smooth and there are a lot of metal creaking rubbing sounds during certain movements but nothing that causes you to not be able to do the exercise. Love the riser height. If I had known how much I would have loved it I would have purchased a higher end model.

Great Home Equipment

I have one issue. The shoulder pads. I'm accustomed to planking with my feet on top of the shoulder pads. There's nothing there, except the mounting cylinder to stand on. Also, when I add the weight of the box or the barrel to the reformer base, I have to increase the cable load so the carriage retracts. Those are my only two concerns. I still get a good, at home workout from the equipment.

I bought the Reformer 651 a few weeks ago. I had been working out on my 30+ year-old Pilates Performer for years. Although my Performer was still in great condition, I wanted the Rebounder. I do the Pilates every other day, the Rebounder the days in between. I look forward to my workouts daily! By the way I'm nearly 70 years old! I work my muscles to maintain strength and can now get my cardio instead of using my treadmill. Yes, even we seniors get the maximum workout using the Reformer!

Great low price machine. Wish it had better straps-very uncomfortable and not separate straps for hands and feet. That would really help. Will probably replace one of the cords with a higher resistance band. All in all great for home practice when you can’t make it to the studio

This reformer is well made and sturdy. The table moves back and forth smoothly. The black cords included are not great if you want to increase/decrease the weight. You will have to purchase additional cords in red or yellow. They are expensive but you will need them.

Nothing not to like here! I was a bit concerned seeing assembly was required but it was straight forward and I had no problem what so ever. It appears to be well constucted and has been operating flawlessly. There must be dozens of YouTube videos to watch so the exercising is endless. Very happy with my purchase!
