A beautiful fire place with the mystery!!!

I bought it for my husband's Birthday. We just got it and I couldn't wait to use it. Looks beautiful in our back yard. Very easy to set up and all the information clear.. Only one small comment, it makes a zzzzzz noise (almost like a high pitched whistle) when turn on. We can't figured out where is coming from. Any suggestions?.

Purchased this fire pit and upon delivery discovered a small issue with a part. Contacted Fire Sense and it was immediately resolved. If only every E Commerce business provided this level of service. Very happy with product and customer service, plan to purchase more from this company.

We just bought our first home and absolutely love this fire table. We can’t wait to enjoy many summer nights! I put it together by myself in less than an hour. The instructions were very clear, and it started right up!

Product was as described and went together extremely well. All hardware (and spares) present, good instructions, very sturdy when assembled. this is the centerpiece of our new patio, and really is the center of attention. Great as a table or as a fire-pit. I was impressed how well the parts lined up, and the quality of the hardware and the threaded sockets. We are looking forward to using this on chilly Michigan evenings.

Great value for this very durable fire pit. Have spent many relaxing/fun nights around it and it gives off a good amount of heat. Delivered quickly and nicely packaged with no damage. If you're looking for a propane fire pit, go with a Fire Sense and you won't be disappointed!

Nice firepit

Overall we are enjoying the firepit and glad we purchased it. We wanted a rectangular firepit that was made of aluminum and it checked both of those boxes The first half of the assembly was rather easy but the 2 half where you needed the screw the top to the base was a bit of a struggle because the screw holes did not directly line. Need to use a bit of brute force. It is important to just get all the screws in before you really start to tighten them up or you will be loosening them all up again. The only issue that we have with the ongoing operation is that it will not light with the built in ignitor and I need to use a separate gas lighter. You can hear and smell the the gas coming through but it just won't light. After the parts have heated up if you turn the pit off it will light with the built in ignitor.

I bought this a month ago, now we have no problem having a fire pit going anytime we want. No fuss like woodburning pits, and looks very nice. Works well as a table to set your drinks on also.

After researching fire pits for several weeks, reading reviews, and weighing all options, we settled on this fire pit. It had great reviews, and now that it has arrived we can see why. It was so easy to put together, and we were able to do so within an hour. It ignited the first time and continues to ignite immediately every time. The fire glass is lovely, and the finish looks expensive. We liked the ease of getting to the propane tank, and we also like that it can function as a table when not in use. The cover was an added bonus.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
