I’ve never used an Otterbox case before. I bought the Symmetry case because it was described as thinner than the regular Otterbox cases. Wow! If this is considered thin the others must be huge. I understand the protection it provides, but it is just too big for daily use. I’ve stopped using it...

If you don’t mind loosing your speaker volume then this case is great! The wireless charging works through it. The feel is great. Not sure why they put navy blue with a radppcolor (thought it was a dark purple when purchased). Yes it adds bulk but that’s a trade off for protection. I’m hearing impaired & have to use the speaker at full volume to communicate. The x volume is great but you put this case on & it’s like having the volume turned to 1/2 way. Bummed BIG.

Otterbox is getting cheap. It was not like before. Examp: say Defender Series but screenless. What’s that? What’s wrong with the Screen. Maybe, it might get a little bit costly. Otterbox never should let down the original Series.

Honestly, I'm still deciding if I like this and want to keep it. I ordered the case because it was listed as being slimmer than the traditional Otter Box cases. It may be, but it's still so thick and bulky that it doesn't fit in my hands as well. I do trust the brand and think it's a solid product. But I may have to switch it out with something a bit smaller.
I would recommend this to a friend!
