I have been using Otterbox cases for several years. Ordered this item right after the iPhone X was released. I had some initial problems with my shipment getting lost with FedEx, but Otterbox customer support sent me a replacement case quickly at no additional cost. The case is very well made and fits the phone perfectly. It doesn't add too much bulk to the phone, but looks like it will protect the phone from drops etc. I felt the price was very reasonable for this item and like how it looks. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I usually buy the Symertry in clear but went with this one because I like the copper design and I love it! Would be great if I could get the background in other colors.. light grey or white would be awesome.
