It Sucks, but needs a lot of improvement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to recieve this product but was confused when I saw that the box said it was cordless. What was inside was not cordless. Needless to say, it was easy to assemble, and for the first two uses it was amazing! However, the machine I received was defective. The lights at the bottom flickered off and on and the roller barely moved the first two uses, then stopped rolling all together. The cyclone effect in the collection canister also stopped working. In addition, it is a top heavy machine and does not stand up in its own, which means if you need to stop in the middle to do something else like answer the door, the machine will just topple over, hitting the ground. Disappointing.
There are some positive things to note - the suction power is incredible (on laminate flooring) and the machine is extremely light weight and easy to use.
It could be really great product but the machine I received was defective and given that, I would not recommend the product unless they remedy the issues mentioned.

Wired but super powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Faberware Classic stick Vacuum is wired but super powerful I and my family are blown away at its power strong suction . It's lightweight and comes apart to be handheld. It tackles my American bully hair beautifully. I cleaned all over my home in less than 45 min . I cleaned over tile and carpet and both surfaces cleaned up dog hair dust and was awesome truly impresssed . Only thing despite its lightweight for some elderly with hand arthritis this may be easier to use than normal vacuum but still feels heavy .

My FULL Honest Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are always projects going on at my house, so I had a lot of opportunities to test out this new vacuum by Faberware. First, I have to say I was a little confused that the box says “Quick and Simple Cordless Cleaning” because this vacuum does have a cord. I actually prefer corded, because I have not had much luck with batteries on cordless vacuums in the past. However, I can see how this could confuse someone about the product they are buying. Speaking of the cord, it isn’t the longest, but would be fine for smaller rooms. If you have a lot of square footage at your house you will probably have to move the plug a few times to accommodate. I was actually really impressed with the suction. My husband did some sanding in the house recently, and I was able to use the crevice tool and use the vacuum as a hand held vacuum to get a lot of those hard to reach places. When I had it connected as a full stick vacuum, I did encounter a few problems. While it comes with a stand to hang the vacuum while not in use, the vacuum doesn’t really stand up on its own. So if you pause to pick something up and you are trying to lean it or rest it against something, it will most likely fall. Also, I noticed that while this vacuum did great on my hardwood floors, I had to push it along on my rug. So if you have full carpet, this vacuum might be more of a challenge. So there are pros and cons. Another pro, it is lightweight and easy enough to empty. I would say if you need a basic vacuum for an affordable price, this one will get the job done. For me and my needs, I think it actually makes a better handheld vacuum than a deep cleaning stick vacuum.

SO MANY IMPRESSIVE FEATURES: SUCTION POWER IS JUST

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love love and highly recommend this plug-in Farberware Classic Stick Vacuum. It’s way better than my two Dyson-Pet Stick Vacs, and it’s even better than my expensive upright Pet Vac!
I am permanently disabled from a car accident, which wasn’t my fault. Among other things, I now have limited use of my arms and have a lift-limit of about 8 lbs; Stick Vacs are about my only option. Up until now I was resigned to the fact that I would never again have truly clean floors or carpets, as stick vacs just don’t have the power to suck up pet fur, tracked litter, or the large amounts of Las Vegas dust that seep through even closed windows. So the Farberware Classic Stick Vac totally blew me away.
There are so many IMPRESSIVE FEATURES that I’m just going to list them all, rather than detail my experience with each:

… aaaaaand ALL of the packaging is “easy-open!” No pry bars or cutting instruments needed. From the outside box to all of the parts inside, you can open everything using just your fingertips. Those of us with, and without, limitations truly appreciate not having to fight the packaging :-)
As with any new electrical product, there was the smell of “something burning” when I first used it; but the smell went away shortly into my second use. So don’t be alarmed, it’s just the break-in period.
Summary: As a pet-owner, this is now my primary vacuum. It’s lightweight, quiet, easy to maneuver and maintain, it’s an upright and a hand-vac, it has impressive suction power, and it’s disability-friendly.
This vacuum checks every box, which is why I am highly recommending this plug-in Farberware Classic Stick Vac. Please see attached videos and photos, and “like” if you’ve found my review helpful.

Does a good job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s good for what it is. It’s a stick vacuum so I don’t expect amazing suction from it but it does a really good job considering. It works better on hard floors rather than carpets but it works pretty good on low pile carpets. It holds a decent amount of dust in its dust bin, it’s smaller than average vacuums but it’s a smaller vacuum so this is expected. I would recommend this if you have mostly hard surfaced floors and a smaller area to clean.

Lightweight but powerful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Farberware Classic Stick Vacuum is a lightweight powerhouse! With it's 15 ft cord it reaches everywhere without having to move the plug often. It's a stick vac and a hand vac all in one. Easy changing of attachments makes it a complete cleaning system. The power cord means you'll never run out of charge. One touch button empties the dust cup easily. The filter rinses in the sink when necessary, nothing additional to purchase. I truly couldn't believe how much dog hair this pulled up so quickly. It is a powerful machine. It also comes with a stick on wall hanging bracket; the bracket does have two holes in it; I image for screwing into place if you choose, although screws are not included but a double side stick on is. The machine is not free standing. If you do not use the wall bracket it will need to lean on something. Overall this is a great product that will get both big and small jobs done, highly recommend!

I love it came with a wall mount as well. I keep this upstairs to avoid lugging my larger vacuum up and down the stairs.
