[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Arena SmashersTM Mega-Wrex vs. Crushzilla Takedown is a game-changer in the world of playsets! This incredible set moves and shakes during gameplay, making you feel like you're truly in the middle of the action. The ability to feed crushable and die-cast cars into the mouth of Crushzilla and watch him wreak havoc is the ultimate thrill. The smashing and crashing features add to the excitement, making every round different from the last. Overall, my experience using this product has been an absolute blast! It's incredibly easy to put together, and it offers hours of fun for kids and adults alike. Highly recommend it!

Very Different

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This car/truck set is very different. My son loves to try and defeat the monster by launching trucks at it. It is larger than expected and doesn't really break down easily, but that is not an issue for him as he keeps it assembled in his room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this toy is so fun. The kids love setting up their cars to watch the monster truck show on the stands. It is a little hard to get the monster tuck to hit the Gorilla but they eventually get it. They think it’s so funny how he crashes into the audience. The best part for them is the details of the gorilla underwear.

Fun Monster Truck Track

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Arena Smasher's Mega-Wrex vs. Crushzilla Takedown. The packaging of this toy is super cool and eye catching! My son could not wait to open it and see the “Crush-Zilla.” It comes with Mega-Wrex and it is easy to get out of the box so my son was able to play with it while we put the track together. The track came in several pieces and had lots of stickers that needed to be put on. My 10 year old was able to easily follow the instructions and put the track together in around 10 minutes. The stickers were a little challenging for him. The details of the track are really nice.
The track has several interactive features that are really fun for all ages. My boys had a really fun time trying to get the monster trucks to fly through the wheel. My youngest loved that all his other monster trucks could sit in the “arena” and boy was he surprised with the CrushZilla took them out!! It comes with 2 colorful smashed cars that can be fed in the gorilla’s mouth. There is a door in the back of his head you can take them out of. There are several ramps that you can also drive the monster trucks on. Overall, this is a really great Hot Wheels Monster Truck track!
This toy arrived in a colorful, eye catching box. Mega- Wrex is part with all the track and stand for other trucks, came in many pieces. Although, it is not really difficult to assemble, it is a little bit time consuming. So the kids had to practice patience while I read the instructions and put it together. There are several sticker decals to apply. This is not difficult and the graphics look nice. This toy has several areas to drive the trucks over. There are two launching stations where you drive the truck on and try to launch it through a plastic tire that Crushzilla holds. When he is hit with the monster truck, he springs backwards and crashes into the stands behind him. If you have several other trucks placed in the stands, they will all fall and crash through. My kids love a big crash like that. You can “feed” the plastic “smashed” cars in his mouth and he has a hatch behind him that releases the crushed cars and they slide down the ramp. I like that you can launch trucks from multiple areas. You have several ramps to drive over, and the stands to place more trucks or cars. A giant gorilla figure looks fierce and my son loves that. The Mega- Wrex is a classic, well made monster truck. Very colorful and appealing to kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a cool "idea" and i can see how it would be fun. However, I wouldnt buy it. The instructions were very confusing. And it almost seems impossible to hit the target to make it exciting. Im not really a huge fan of this one.

Great fun and interaction without electronics!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful playset with lots of ways to interact and play. The playset is essentially a game where you launch monster trucks ant the gorilla to knock it over and crash into the bleachers behind it. These bleachers are able to hold regular hotwheels or monster trucks to add even mor chaos! The secondary objective is to crash into the back to release any cars it may have ate. It is nice to see a playset like this that does not make use of any electronics or need of batteries.
While the playset can easily offer plenty of playtime, be warned that there is also plenty of setup that is required! Not only are there a lot of pieces to put together but the most stickers I have seen in a while as well. With that said, the setup and instructions were very easy to follow and snapped together without any challenges.

Monster Trucks & a Monkey, What more do you need?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Arena Smashers Mega-Wrex vs. Crushzilla Takedown to review through Mattel's Play, Rate, & Review program. This toy was bigger than expected on arrival, but that makes it work well as a stand alone toy or as an addition to your Monster Truck playsets. It comes with 1 monster truck and 2 smash cars. My child has mostly been playing with it as a stand alone toy, and enjoys flinging the truck at the gorilla. He will invite his older sibling to join in to add their Hot Wheels cars and to get extra Monster Trucks involved. With 3 ways to attack the gorilla, there are Monster Trucks flying all over our playroom.

Great for your monster truck and hotwheel lover!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Arena Smashers™ Mega-Wrex vs. Crushzilla Takedown™ was a huge hit with my sons. My 5 year old in particular. It took us about 35 minutes to put together. We had to figure out some of the many ways you can play with this set, it can be difficult for my 5 year old in some ways but my 8 and 9 year old sons were easily able to figure out how to use it in every way possible. The stadium can go down in the back after being hit, which my 5 year old thought meant it broke. But, the overall layout makes it easier to "make believe" than to accomplish some of the physical aspects of design. My sons were able to stack hotwheels cars on the back stadium seating and had fun launching the monster trucks from side to side. Unfortunately the monster trucks were too big. Also when it came to the truck going to his mouth, the mouth isnt big enough so it bounces off. I definitely feel like the product is fun and enjoyable, however I do think there is more to be desired. The idea is great, the look is awesome the humor in the bottom is funny, but the execution I think needs a little more. I wouldnt agree with ages 4 and up although I wanna say ages 4 to 6 is when monster trucks are most popular. Not that a 4 year old would be in danger at all, I just feel it would be a harder use for a 4 year old. Ages 5 and up may be more appropriate. My 5 year old son seemed to struggle to use it the way it was intended and didnt understand why he couldnt put the monster truck in the Crushzilla mouth. Not being able to get a truck through the top by flinging it from the side. The ramp in the front doesn't really lead to anything, so you really just knock into him. But all and all he loved playing with it. My 8 and 9 year old enjoyed playing with it with him for a short time. They all thought it was cool and funny.
