I have lyme disease and arthritis so someplace on my body hurts daily. I use this wonderful Therabody Elite to massage away the pain and allow me to move freely again. I'm able to concentrate pressure where I need it to alleviate pain. It replaces my lacrosse ball since it reaches places that were challenging to hold the ball (triceps, back). I can't do without it!

I now have 2 of these for different locations , one in my bedroom and one to take with me to work. I have chronic muscle spasms in my low back and hips and these work very well in easing the discomfort. I would recommend these to anyone who suffers similar issues. I have tried cheaper ones but they just vibrate and do not have the percussion action that these have. You get what you pay for.

The battery barely lasts an hour if you're lucky, extremely disappointed considering other generic alternatives on the market battery can last for days...

My wife and I both love this product and would recommend the Elite to anyone. The quality given the price was a concern for us; of course, but we are happy with this purchase and the relief this product brings us. Make the purchase.
