I purchased my bidet 2 years ago and have used it 2 or 3 times daily and had no problems other than getting a new remote. I love it!

We bought the SB-2000 during Covid, our entire family has converted to bidet users. Now 6 years later the cleaning wand has stopped extending, I assumed the entire unit would be trash, but I found this site and amazingly they sell parts, so I will be repairing this for less than half of the original price. Thanks

Had this for many years. Its pretty great. The stream is a little harsh and the seat cracked after about 6 years of use. I guess its held up pretty well.
