doesn't last forever

I have liked my SB for years (purchased in 2019), but the seat failed and then the replacement seat failed after only a few months. Additionally, the strength of the water flow has decreased slightly, but overall I have felt like this product was a solid investment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this about three years ago, and the remote stopped working completely. I've tried switching the batteries, but the lights are super dim and pressing any/all of the buttons don't work. I've also tried unplugging and replugging the main unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had my Smart Bidet since September of 2023 and can't remember life without it! It has been one of my best purchases ever. It works beautifully and has paid for itself by all the toilet paper I haven't needed to buy. And heated seat?? You don't know what you've been missing out on!
