We bought this for our house and for medical reasons. We really like it. When we are away and can't use it, we wish we were home. Now we feel like we can't live without it!

Have had this bidet since 2019 love it. My wife used to complain about sitting on a cold toilet seat, that ended when we got this bidet. Have used it for over 5 years and couldn't be happier

I bought a smart bidet sb a month ago took it to my vacation home in Jamaica and installed it my wife was so surprised she loved it so much that every time I missed her I just of to go to the bathroom to find her

I have owned my SB1000/2000 bidet for several years. First and foremost this product is well built. It has all the features of a high end bidet. I only wish when I travel I could bring it with me.

The Bidet is great but seat connection joins are weak... but 1.5 years OK

I own this device and very happy with it. The Plastic molding is a bit weak and after 18 months, the top part of seat failed. Like product but a stronger seat would be IDEAL.

Bought the seat a couple of years ago for shoulder surgery. It’s been wonderful. The soft close lid can be made a little stronger as it snapped.

We've have owned and installed your SB-1000 bidet in November 2020 and fitted it between two different toilets in two different bathrooms. The soft closing lid has cracked on the right side a couple of months ago. I believe the use of this failure to be user only and not product failure. I qualify this simply by concluding that my son's family habit is to always close the lid after finishing your business. Suffice it to say this practice has happened many times over the last two years. Reading other reviews on lids being the weakest part on all your models, however, gives ponder. Why has SmartBidet not addressed this product directly. Selling your customers a replacement lid going forward does not seem to me a very responsible friendly way to treat your buying customers. Just my opinion.

Mounting the bidet to toilet:
Ooh! The many times I have cussed that nightmare of a plastic mounting system to lock the bidet on the toilet. Can't get the wing nuts tight enough to prevent the seat from going side to side. And the lock mechanism, I'm still at a loss and the bedit remains lose. I'm just cautious getting off the toilet until I find someone better than me to mount and lock bidet in place.
