This bidet has been rock solid!

I first purchased this bidet in 2017. I liked it so much. In fact I would consider calling it life-changing. At that point, we ordered a second smart bidet SB–1000 for one of our other bathrooms. We tried to order another bidet brand (bio bidet) and did not like it as much. 9 years (8 for the 2nd unit) of no problems!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use bidet with warm water

I bought the SB-2000 a few years ago for a summer home/Park Model RV. With one exception, I am very happy with it. It is easy to drain and take home with me in the winter, which is critical since I do not leave it exposed to freezing temperatures in the off season. I particularly like the fact that SmartBidet has people to answer the telephone and give you guidance when needed. When it comes to plumbing parts and problems, I feel that “chat” rarely provides answers, so phone assistance is phenomenal. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is the dryer function stopped working about a year and half later. It starts and then stops almost immediately. I need to buy a new main body part to fix it. At least SmartBidet advised me of that option. It would be nice if I could simply buy a new sequencer board.

Great seat like the warm water

Bought the 2400 over a year ago and it has been a great seat. First used one in a hotel in Hawaii and saves toilet paper too.

It was suggested by my doctor to get one. Picking this design, getting it in, starting to use it, I am having a hard time now that the remote button broke. I use this bidet all the time. Just the posterior and stop but they work great. Thank you for this amazing product.

The SmartBidet is amazing, we haven't purchased toilet paper in 6 years. All the features work well and are easy to use. We are in San Diego and have hard water and unfortunately after 2-3 years the valves don't close properly and we have to replace the whole body. They need to come up with a rubber gasket replacement kit just like the toilet manufactures do because throwing away the whole Smart Bidet body and electronics section is not good for the environment.

I have had SB-2000 E/W bidet since 2017.
The seat had cracked once and I had it replaced. Other than that it has served us really well --- with his/hers settings, warm water, and the warm seat during winter is amazing!
