this is the best bidet I have ever used in my life and I'm not even exaggerating I have had mine for over 3 years and it is still as amazing as it was when I forts used it

Lid design flaw

We have two Smart Bidets in our home, same model. The first seat lid, in our master bath, snapped in the exact same place as noted here. Now the second seat snapped a year later in the same place. Clearly the soft close lid design is flawed.

I have had this bidet for 3 years, had it in my guest bathroom and switched the bidet’s from the one I had in my bathroom, after guest were saying how wonderful the Smart Bidet was.
