We're sorry to disappoint with the lack of a built-in screen protector for the Defender Pro Series Case for iPhone 13. We actually made the shift back in 2017 with the release of the iPhone X in response to the need for an updated approach to the balance between protection and performance, as well as ever-increasing consumer interest in glass screen protectors.
If you'd be interested in adding another layer to the mix, we do make a wide range of screen protectors that can serve as an excellent companion to the case. I have had several Otter boxes for my phones. They are always durable and protect my phone. I am outdoors a lot. We live in the country. We trail ride on mules, play disc with the dogs, hike, brush hog and feed livestock with the tractor so we need protection around all this country life. Otterbox does the job.

The case is great but the instructions for installation were horrible. No words, just black-and-white illustrations that made no sense to me since I didn’t know what the case actually consisted of. For example, I didn’t know it had two parts that had to be separated and once I knew that it was even hard to separate them. Not sure if anyone else has had this experience but the case could use better instructions for installation
