Probably should not have purchased this machine for my first embroidery machine. Have not been able to get enough hands on education for me to do very many projects.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my PRS100

I have been embroidering for years but the PRS 100 finally lets me do some of the things you can’t do on a regular embroidery machine! I am finding it a little challenging to get it right the first time but when I overcome USER errors it is fantastic. Another bucket list item checked off!

Already having the Brother Dream machine, it was easy to use the PRS100. Once you have the threading down, you are off & running. I did cutwork embroidery on napkins on both machines & they came out perfectly.

Nice machine

I love my Persona machine. My only complaint is that there needs to be a light installed where the thread feeds through the tiny hole down to the needle area as it is very dark and i have a hard time seeing the hole and getting the thread through to get down to the automatic threader.

I am really happy with my Brother Persona PRS100

It is easy to operate and fun to use. Even with every mistakes I make I learn a new thing. It is not hard to change the threads and I can do multiple projects with it, like caps, jackets, bags and so on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had been wanting an embroidery machine. Told my husband I wanted it for Christmas and he kept telling me it was too expensive. Christmas morning he says own my present but open it in pieces. Started opening the box was little confused opened the last one and I couldn't have been any happier. Set it up and started using it. Even decided to open my own business.

Happy With Product

I am happy with the product but I do have a suggestion. I think it would be very helpful if you published a DVD on how to operate the machine so the customer can have it on hand when they are learning instead of having to call in to ask questions. Other then that, I am very pleased with the machine itself.
