Initially would not connect to internet, after moving the tray around, the connection was complete and it worked great. It does a good job of daily cleaning but I recommend deep cleaning the machine at least once a month. We take it all apart. Empty the tray (bag) every other day. Cats love it. If it is not working, it’s the front tray - gently push it back in place

Let's be honest, even for the most loving cat owners there is one task that, well just stinks. This product helps to reduce this task to, if not a pleasure then certainly not chore. Works as described reduces those tell-tale smells and looks great sat in the corner.Our cat took five minutes to check it out (he's only a kitten and still scared of everything), hoped in, started digging and was done and out and looking very proud of himself in a couple of minutes. The process of dealing with the deed could then be followed on the app which kept us informed of what was happening.It certainly reduces emptying to once per day and you could stretch this to two. It also almost completely stops the litter tracking out of the box as the exit grid is very well designed.All in all very pleased with our purchase!

My cat loves it! It was really easy to assemble as the rake as it in already. The oy thing is I couldn't get it to connect to my cell app maybe it's because my internet. Love the color indicator and such a cute look, doesn't look like a cat poppy box.

We have bought this for our 2 cats and it works brilliantly.,Huge space to accommodate my one of large sized cats nicely;Easy set up,easy to follow app on my phone. Would highly recommend the purchase of this item.

This smart litter box is easy to clean and easy to use. The 5-gallon Dollar Tree trash bag works fine. The APP comes with is user-friendly.

My cat had not problem using it. Smell is under control. Easy to dump litter. Recently I can not get the scoop to come down and the door wants to hand down.
