I've had my machine for quite a few months and couldn't be without it, it's so easy to use and makes the cleaning process much more pleasant than traditional trays. My cat had no issue switching to this tray either.I did have a fault with the machine after 6 months but the suppliers were incredibly helpful and when they diagnosed the fault, they replaced it immediately.I love this product so much that my mum bought one too for her cat.

We recently adopted a second cat and keeping the litter-box clean became a 24hr job plus the increase in amount of litter we were buying. This has been a lifesaver!! it's not too bulky and fits perfectly where the old litterbox was. It has really helped with the "smells" that would linger after each use. I love that you can control it from the app and see the levels of the litter! Its definitely an investment but for us it pays for itself! Way less hassle!

We bought this because we have 3 cats (2 boys and 1 girl) and their 2 separate litter boxes were becoming a hassle to clean and the smell was getting worse despite our best efforts to keep them clean.This is great because it cleans the clumps and minimizes the odor by itself. The litter box then gathers all the clumps into the back where you can gather and toss them out. (It also came with liners, but we misplaced them.)Cats also watch it when it's doing its' cleaning cycle and thats always fun to watch.My only complaint is that to add more litter, you need to poor it through the only entryway it has: the door in the front. It would be nice to have a hatch on top to pour the litter through, but maybe that change will happen later.Overall, it was a great purchase.

Just got not long ago but is doing what it claims. We had a previous manufacturers product and had multiple issues within 1 year. Was very easy to assemble and setup, downloaded the app and got synced on the first try. We have 2 cats that took to it right away. Really like the door that closes during the cleaning cycle, our cats always tried getting in the previous one while it was cleaning. Very happy so far and hoping it holds up better then the last one.

?As you can see I bought previously two different Litter Robots. But to be honest I wish I had all 3 of the same I just found Hillspig Self cleaning cat litter Robot. This one is easier to clean and keeps the cats away while self cleaning. It’s so awesome that if I can sell the others or get a significant discount I will replace the two black ones.I’m in love with this item. By the way it looks super fancy and elegant. Just love it and the cats do too!!!

Works perfect. No smell, no scooping, it's very quiet. I hand it to the engineers who invented this. My cats love it. No mess to cleanup, and I love the ultraviolet lights.
