Had a slight issue when the first one I ordered didn't turn up but I got another one sent out after and it was all sorted. Relatively simple to set up (once you look at instructions ??). Cat started using it straight away and I haven't had any problems since! Love using the app to clean it as well

Once setup (worked seamlessly into the SmartLife app I already had for lighting) it was extremely easy to use. Has made my life so much easier not having to manually scoop every time my kitty uses the box. Odor elimination is okay, but sort of as good as it can get for this type of product in my mind. I simply turn the device off (door closes) or put the cabinet lid on it if it’s dinner time or if I have people over. I also got one of those stick on litter box deodorizer and put on inside of flip open lid where the waste bin is, has helped pretty substantially.I’m a busy young professional and must say this device (along side my automatic feeder and water fountain) have all but almost eliminated my kitty’s typical maintenance needs. Highly suggestTips: make sure the bag is always secured to the bin and not hanging over at all, took me a while to figure out this is why scooping function was paused (sensors were catching bag)

Avendo 6 gatti, la gestione della classica lettiera era diventata pesante.Ho deciso di acquistare questa lettiera, per diminuire il lavoro di pulizia.La consegna è avvenuta velocemente, forse con un giorno di anticipo rispetto alla previsione.Una volta sballata, si seguono le indicazioni che sono chiare e specifiche per l'assemblaggio e la messa in funzione.Devo dire che è ben fatta e una volta caricata con la sabbia agglomerante, ha incuriosito moltissimo i gatti, che inizialmente l'hanno scrutata con attenzione, ma una volta entrati, anche se con qualche perplessità, è stata accettata e utilizzata da tutti loro, lasciando la vecchia solo per le emergenze, cioè quando in due hanno lo stesso bisogno.Devo dire che l'odore è pressoché inesistente tranne qualche caso.Si collega tramite App ed è gestibile con funzioni di programmazione sui tempi di pulizia, riposo notturno e dati di permanenza all'interno.Molto utile la funzione UV, che si attiva subito dopo il processo di pulizia e si disattiva dopo qualche minuto o se entra un gatto a fare i propri bisogni.Devo dire che all'inizio è stata molto silenziosa, ma dopo una decina di giorni, ha iniziato a fare rumore di sfregamento tra il coperchio mobile interno dove vengono depositati i rifiuti e il rastrello che preleva l'agglomerato per depositarlo nel contenitore dove si trova il sacchetto.Altro punto negativo è la pellicola particolare che è incollata al fondo della lettiera che serve per far scivolare meglio il tutto, infatti con lo scavare dei gatti, le unghie hanno lacerato parte di essa e quindi poi viene strappata tal rastrello pulitore con conseguente blocco.Ho ovviato al problema da qualch giorno, eliminando la pellicola completamente e spruzzando un lubrificante secco sul fondo della lettiera prima di caricarla.Ci sono 2 pezzi di gommapiuma semirigida, sagomata, che devono essere inseriti in alloggiamenti tra il bordo superiore del contenitore della sabbia e la struttura della lettiera, che dato la loro mobilità, se vengono scoperti dai gatti, in men che non si dica si trasformano in intrattenimento giocoso, con il conseguente smontaggio dalla loro sede.In conclusione ottima lettiera automatica, anche se migliorerei i 2 inserti in gommapiuma, lo sportellino automatico interno che sfrega con il meccanismo rastrello, ed il rastrello sesso, che se fosse stato a maglie incrociate, invece che solo a lamelle, pulirebbe meglio.Rifarei l'acquisto e consiglio dei miglioramenti sopra descritti.

We have two 1 year old and two 4 month old kittens. Since all four have been using this automatic litter box almost exclusively, I ordered another. I’m not sure if they prefer the clay clumping litter or the box itself, but it’s a win. The kittens are happy and I’m glad to not have to scoop multiple times per day! I’ve been changing the bag every other day when it gets full. I hope they use this 2nd box as much as the first so I can change the bag in each one every 3rd or 4th day. I think I’ll be able to remove 2 of our other sifting boxes since they will now have 2 automatic boxes.

I have four cats. I cannot tell you how awesome this box it. The smell is virtually gone. This makes maintains their box so easy. I can clean it remotely from my phone through their free app. It also tells me when I need to add litter and when my cats have used the box. If you are into analytics you will be impressed by their app. It also connects to Alexa so you can use voice commands. It’s quiet so it doesn’t scare off my cats during a very quick cleaning cycle. Love this box!

I like this litter box. I have had it for about 2 weeks now and I have yet to smell anything. I have 3 cats, so I change the waste bag once a week. It has an app that you download to show you how many times the cats use it daily and how long each bowel movement is. It’s pretty neat. You can also change the timing of the cleaning cycle from the app and put it to “ sleep”. I haven’t figured it all out yet, but so far I am happy with how efficient it is, how much litter I am saving and the cats seem to like it.

So this thing is cool but what what they don't tell ya is ur cats might b scared at first. So when u 1st get it hook it up put it in place but don't plug it in for the 1st week. And u can leave the reg box next to it so they have an option at first. So far it's simple, just dump the poo basket and add a Lil litter.
