Having tried different brands and types of auto litter box, this one is definetely our favourite.The rolling type often get some poop and wet litter stuck on the inside wall, and onto my cats' fur when they get in, then sometimes ended up on couch/floor, this product hides the scoop from the box and cats and no yucky things will be stuck on the insede wall during cleaning. The front door closes when it's cleaning, so the litter wont be splashed out , and i love the design of the stepping area that catches cat litter stuck on my cats' paw, so the floor will be clean.

J'ai hésité compte tenu du prix mais je ne regrette pas. j'ai deux chats et franchement, cela change la vie... et les odeurs !!!J'ai opté pour cette litière automatique car, en dehors des sacs poubelles, il n'y a rien a acheté d'autre, sauf bien sur la litière (certaines litières automatiques ont besoin de bac à changer régulièrement qui valent une fortune)

Les chats l’adore ??Les chats c’est exigeant ??Là l’adoption du système s’est faite en 10 minutes chrono…Top ??Petits soucis avec ? pas de problèmes, le sav en fran?ais aide de manière efficace et rapide.Bravo ??????Trop content de notre achat car la corvée des litières est beaucoup plus rapide et simple de plus les odeurs sont très bien contr?lées par le design du système et la lampe UV.

?This was easy to assemble if you watch a short you tube video. I struggled a bit with the app but eventually got it to work fine. It requires using 2.4 ghz wi-fi and because I'm a Boomer, I had to figure out what wi-fi I had and then switch to that. Modems have both 2.4 and 5. The app doesn't recognize that you are on 2.4 so when you switch or verify that's what you are on, just proceed even though it tells you again to switch to 2.4.All set up then waited for cats to use. They were very suspicious at first. Here is where the app is very handy, overnight I could see it was used. I changed the bag after a week. No scooping! but then I made a mistake of adding way too much litter because we were going away for several days. The rake can not scoop through too thick of a layer of litter. As soon as I removed a fair amount it was fine again. Its been a couple of weeks and I love it. So much easier on my back and knees.

This is the second one I have purchased because the first one worked great. With five cats we needed the additional capacity. It is large enough for any cat to use. There are safety checks in place that keeps the box from cleaning while in use and the cats seem to feel secure in using it. The app allows you to clean at any time you desire and indicates on how frequently it is used and for how long. Additional controls are on the side of the unit. You clean the from the top by easily removing the tray and disposing of the waste. Liners for the tray are provided. There is a grid/collector to catch any wayward litter before it gets tracked out. I would recommend it.

?I have a 2 month kitten that wasn't scared to use the device. I thought he wasn't using it until I looked at the app on phone. Very helpful. No complaints about this device.
