We decided to purchase ELS pet self-cleaning cat litter box after searching for a good auto cat litter for 4 months. I was convinced by the reviews that it is both easy to use and durable. After purchasing ELS, all we had to do is to refill the litter when the app gives us notice. It is so easy to use and very easy to assemble. Most importantly, our kitten loves it! We were a little worried that he would get scared but ELS does not have a loud sound when cleaning. So far he is been enjoying it a lot!The app is another perk, I can control settings while being miles a way! We are so happy with our purchase, it is reliable and affordable (compare to other brands).

Ho acquistato questo prodotto per non dover chiedere sempre ai vicini di dare un’occhiata ai nostri due gatti quando andiamo via qualche giorno. Il prodotto si è dimostrato subito un ottimo acquisto in quanto i gatti si sono abituati subito e siamo stati tranquilli a lasciarli soli per qualche giorno. Purtroppo la scelta della lettiera si è rilevata sbagliata poiché, essendo grossa, il motore faceva fatica a far passare il pettine per pulirla e dopo poco si è rotto il braccio che supporta quest’ultimo. Ho chiesto all’assistenza la sostituzione di questo componente e con mia meraviglia mi hanno scritto che mi avrebbero spedito una nuova lettiera completa poiché sarebbe stato difficoltoso sostituire il solo pezzo. Dopo qualche giorno è arrivata una seconda lettiera! Consiglio molto l’acquisto sia come prodotto sia come assistenza, con una sola accortezza: usate una lettiera fine!

It is a very nice self cleaning litter box. It took my cats a few hours to acclimate to it. I have not noticed any smell. Easy to reach trash receptacle. Overall great product.

Litière très fonctionnelle et très pratique, ayant 5 chats à la maison c'est un gros gain de temps. Après de multiple essais avec différents types de litières, le meilleur résultat reste de la litière non aglomérante et très fine. L'agglomérante finissant par faire un "tapis" collé dans le fond de la litière. Le seul point négatif que je peut relever est plut?t dans le nettoyage de la litière, en effet dès lors que la litière est éteinte la porte avant reste fermé, il faut donc la garder allumé pour pouvoir acceder facilement à l'intérieur de la litière.

This product was easy to set up. Some confusion when getting to to work and start self cleaning (but that may have been operator error). Once I had that figured out, there has been absolutely no problems! I love that it has safety feature to protect the cats and best of all it reduces the scent that comes from a typical cat box, drastically!

We tried one of the electric pans that rotates. Had it a month and despite my best efforts to clean it/keep it clean, it was a nightmare. I thought, “if only I could find one with a rake system so I don’t have to scrape yuck off and entire cylinder…” well, this was the only machine I could find in my price range to be that. And this seller had it the best price! We’ve only had it about a week. But it already is wonderful! I ordered this same machine from another seller and received what I can only think was preopened, as it was damaged and packed haphazardly.. So I returned that one and bought this one from this seller! Upon opening this machine it was properly packaged, put together properly, nothing was damaged! Great start! We have to change the bag every other day with 3 cats. But you just lift the back lid and tie up the bag! No mess!! Our kitten loves this machine and I almost think she drinks and eats just so she can use it 100 times a day… I have not had to deep clean it yet, so I will update this when I do. One thing I have noticed is at the end of the day there are some small leftovers in the pan. I take our big metal scoop and run it through twice, pick up any missed pieces, open the door and put it in the deposit tray. Super simple! Scooping one time in one pan each day just as a precaution to keep the pan fresh and my rake intact, is worth it! This pan does the job of 5 pans! We use the slide litter, but may go back to the Sam’s club litter if the cleaning process on this is easy enough. Easy and cheaper, I’ll take it!!Update: I broke a clip on the grate a couple days in and then broke the other in my attempt to remove the whole tray for a deep clean. The deep clean process was so much easier than the one we had previously!! No real mess to be made! The tray is still working even with the broken pieces. The seller was able to get me a replacement kit! It took a minute as it seems like we may be In very different time zones, but all in all, still love this litter pan! I use the white scoop it comes with to pick up all the missed pieces from the rake once a day. And scrape the bottom for anything that got stuck. But again, for a 3 cat household, this is a huge improvement!!
