This litterbox was an amazing purchase, in my opinion. With working in a clinical lab, my life can get pretty busy and hectic at times and having this litterbox allows me to prioritize bonding time after work instead of cleaning the litterbox. This litterbox brings me peace of mind because I don't have to worry about litter being spread across the hardwood floors and, most importantly, the UV light serves as an added sense of security that harmful microbes are being killed. I have also saved on litter as I am not having to scoop unnecessary amounts of litter out due to the fine comb of the automatic box.As of right now, I genuinely have no complaints about this box. I've read many reviews that almost stopped me from purchasing but please let this review serve as assurance that this is a good purchase--despite it being a little on the expensive side.I have a 7 month old kitten and he took to this box instantly. It is very quiet and I am able to control it from my cellphone. Cleaning it is a breeze as the clumps collect in a small waste receptacle and bags are included. I, personally, added scented litter crystals to the waste receptacle when I change the bag once a week to prevent any foul odors when changing out the bag. If you have more cats, you may need to change the bag more often though.The only downside, if I could even call it that, is that sense I don't have the litterbox on to automatically scoop, if I leave from home and my cat poops, the smell can be very prominent. But, if you set it to automatic, I'm sure you won't have this issue.All in all, a very smart purchase. I will update if there are any changes but please buy this litterbox, busy pet parents!

We purchased this Jan 25 and about a week ago, just two months out this has stopped working completely. We originally liked the product. We liked the size for our large kitties. We liked the large collection bin and that it only took 60 seconds to scoop and return to availability for our multi cat home but now it will no longer rake. We've troubleshooted with videos online, cleaned it thoroughly but all we can get it to do is close the door and then reopen it, still dirty. We've emailed the company hoping for a fix or a refund. We will update if we get an answer from them. UPDATE - the company has reached out to us and agreed to a full refund for our defective unit. Very happy with their response to our issue

I really like this product! It helps me out a lot as I am often not at home due to my job. I love being able to walk into a home when I get back that doesn’t smell like I have cats! It saves me a lot of time and lets my cats have a nice clean place to do business!

I like it! Very convenient if I leave for couple days. No daily cleaning. Litter box does the job. You can set up and adjust cleaning timer in the app. I was worried cat will not use it, but she used it right away. Also litter box does not smell (all the waste is in separate closed compartment), make sure you assemble it right. I did do good job at first, leaving “opening” at the back/inside - As soon as I closed it , no more smell. The only thing I would improve - those red sticks that you put inside has to be slightly bigger, mine do not stay in place, they easily fall into litter and I have to put them back in place (I am thinking of using glue/double tape). Overall very happy with purchase.

My cats love this cat box. They adapted to it no problem. This coming from someone who has two cats and would miss their litter box and poop on the wall on two different occasions.The set up was effortless. Whatever be prepared for big box but it doesn’t weigh too much to pick up. We’ll worth every penny.

Easy to clean. Doesn't push waste to one side like some of the other self cleaning litter boxes. It actually scoops the waste into a separate container. Remove bag for easy disposal. My cats took to using it right away. Definitely recommend

My husband and I were skeptical at first when we saw how large the box it came in was. The instructions were a little confusing at first but the overall set up was quite simple. Setting the clock was awkward because it is set on military time. There were no instructions on how to change that but unless you really need to see the time it may be an issue. I'm guessing the clock on your phone (if you download the app) can change the time or if your phones clock needs to be military. Not sure about that. Don't necessarily feel the need for the app. Enough about that. This product has absolutely changed our lives!!! Once it is all set up, there is nothing to do except monitor the refuse container, dispose of the waste collected and replace the plastic bag. You need to check the litter level and add more as needed. We thought our cats would have a hard time adjusting to the new litter box but no issues. They took right to it. They actually seem to like it better. It just totally amazes us. It's quiet, unlike a few reviews we've read. It is relatively big but it's located in our laundry room and kind of out of the way. Other than the time, I can't really say anything negative. WE LOVE it!! Worth every penny.

I have had this litter box for about a month now and I have to say it is one of the most impressive self cleaning boxes i have ever used in my life. With two cats, I only have to clean the box itself once a week. Would get it again if I had to.
