The litter box is great! It works well and keeps the area clean. The app is also very useful and make sure to read the instructions. The litter still smells sometimes but not as bad compared to a normal litter box.

It was easy to set up, and a great way to help save time , when your trying to clean the house. It's easy to remove the used litter, and get it out of the house. When it's cleaning, I like that it has safety devices installed, like sensors , and a door that closes to keep your pet out during cleaning.Well worth the money !

Works as described. Although it came apart out of the box and was a little confusing to put back together. Also is my cat pulls the red stoppers out/off the sides and they end up getting scooped into the bin.Bags are good for the job

I love the fact you can control all the settings on the app! It can be a little startling at first when it starts cleaning if you are not used to the noise, but the cool thing is that it has a sleeping mode so it will not wake you up in the middle of the night. It can be a little tricky trying to figure out how to clean but everything is easy once you get it apart. Putting it together is a breeze. I have two cats and they loved it from the start. If it does start to smell the bag needs to be changed. Overall I love it!

It is loud while cleaning and scares cats, doesn't clean anymore just blinks red, door doesn't open when it finishes attempting and failing to clean, app offers no feedback on devices issues. But support is very helpful and able to respond quickly when there are any issues. After experiencing these issues and the incompatibility with my cats support was able to refund my purchase, which I was happy with.

I have four cats and the 3 litter boxes and litter tracking were getting out of hand. I decided to bite the bullet to spend the money on an automatic litter box.This is what I have to say about this box- it’s AMAZING! There has been to litter tracking, it’s pretty quiet when it cleans but definitely not silent. It came fully put together which made it super easy to install!The odor is gone except for one of my cats #2 (always been terrible) but quickly goes away when I press the manual auto clean setting. I was worried that my fat orange tabby wouldn’t fit in it but he fits just fine!I will say that this is probably better suited for 2 cats but I only have to dumb the trash section more often.I recommend this product

I have two cats and a teenager that does not like to change 'his cats' litter boxes. Finally after two years of contemplating, I have bought this great machine. Immediately one of my cats used it- absolutely no problem. After two days, the other cat decided to check it out & now it's his litter box as well. I have a very small, petite cat and 'fat cat'; 21 lbs. They both have no problem using this litter box. In addition, my son is actually quite responsible with cleaning the litter box now if that's what you want to call it (simply taking the basket out of the back & emptying it). I use a generic clumping cat litter & it works great. I keep it in the basement just in case there is odor, but there is not. I watched videos on line for set up & it was very easy. I do not use the App yet, but plan to. When I look inside of it, it is not disgusting and I do not see debris sticking to the sides at all. So far, I'm very happy with it & I feel like it is a great investment!

So we have two cats and it can be a real pain to clean up after them all the time, this makes it much easier to handle. Theirs no smell which is a huge plus and cleaning is very easy.
