We tried one of the electric pans that rotates. Had it a month and despite my best efforts to clean it/keep it clean, it was a nightmare. I thought, “if only I could find one with a rake system so I don’t have to scrape yuck off and entire cylinder…” well, this was the only machine I could find in my price range to be that. And this seller had it the best price! We’ve only had it about a week. But it already is wonderful! I ordered this same machine from another seller and received what I can only think was preopened, as it was damaged and packed haphazardly.. So I returned that one and bought this one from this seller! Upon opening this machine it was properly packaged, put together properly, nothing was damaged! Great start! We have to change the bag every other day with 3 cats. But you just lift the back lid and tie up the bag! No mess!! Our kitten loves this machine and I almost think she drinks and eats just so she can use it 100 times a day… I have not had to deep clean it yet, so I will update this when I do. One thing I have noticed is at the end of the day there are some small leftovers in the pan. I take our big metal scoop and run it through twice, pick up any missed pieces, open the door and put it in the deposit tray. Super simple! Scooping one time in one pan each day just as a precaution to keep the pan fresh and my rake intact, is worth it! This pan does the job of 5 pans! We use the slide litter, but may go back to the Sam’s club litter if the cleaning process on this is easy enough. Easy and cheaper, I’ll take it!!Update: I broke a clip on the grate a couple days in and then broke the other in my attempt to remove the whole tray for a deep clean. The deep clean process was so much easier than the one we had previously!! No real mess to be made! The tray is still working even with the broken pieces. The seller was able to get me a replacement kit! It took a minute as it seems like we may be In very different time zones, but all in all, still love this litter pan! I use the white scoop it comes with to pick up all the missed pieces from the rake once a day. And scrape the bottom for anything that got stuck. But again, for a 3 cat household, this is a huge improvement!!

Expensive, but worth the convenience! Able to leave 2 adult cats at home with auto feeder and water for a 1 week. So far after 2 months, this product has worked flawless. The app function well without any glitches, but really unnecessary. Set it and forget it! Would buy another if price is discounted. But having one is priceless!

I'm not a cat person. My wife is though, so she had been the one cleaning out their little box. But then, we got pregnant, so the responsibility shifted to me. It was absolutely terrible having to manually scoop the poop and rinse/wipe down the caked on poop/urine off of the bottom of the litter box. The experience was awful, that is, until we bought this Self Cleaning Cat Litter Box! This thing is amazing. It's extremely low maintenance, and I love just having to bag up the poop that it automatically scoops. The app even tells me when the litter needs to be replaced, which it doesn't get too dirty until maybe a week and a half to two weeks after it's replaced. I absolutely recommend this masterpiece of a litter box.

I thought this item helped cleared the cat outdoor in the house, so awesome! But the litter has to be changed out of its soaked through, then that's how it'll start smelling. The clumping litter worked beautifully. And the flashing colors during UV disinfecting time is techy and gorgeous.The litter has to be maintained not too much or the rake will get stuck. But scoop the excess out, and check for soaked through or litter that's stuck together that's causing too much weight, then the system will return to the original amazing functionality. I'm so grateful for these tech advancements.

Look at the picture below, not is only an excellent addition to my home, but it's functional and beautiful too. I have not one but two cats, every day I was scooping kitty litter out of a box. Now not only do I not have to scoop but I only have to remove the "plastic bag" every 3 days. I can also monitor on my phone app how many times they go a day, it will give me indications on how much litter is left in the box.I could go on and on about this Hillpig Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box. It is a large unit that makes it comfortable for my cats to go in and they enjoy going into a freshly clean box!!!Also, I must add that I appreciate the support that I get from the Hillpig company when I have questions and/or concerns.

We bought this because we were going to be gone on vacation and didn’t want the person who was coming over to feed our cat to have to clean out the litter box. This thing has been AMAZING! It works exactly as they advertise it and our Koko loves it! With a single cat use, the bag fills up in about 7-8 days, which makes cleaning out/up the litter box a breeze! Will never go back to an ordinary litter box ever again. Our ONLY complaint is that there’s not really a clear set of instructions on how much litter to put in it. It does say to put it to a certain point, but it’s not clear on exactly where that point is. We ended up putting an entire thing of litter in it, which worked out just fine.

To be honest, I think I love this thing more than my cats, it is just perfect.I don't like some of the self-cleaning cat litter boxes because they roll the whole thing so eventually you will have/see dust and dirt everywhere, this one, it's a clever design, the app is very friendly (not too much to customize) and the mat included is also great.Yes, is kind of expensive but... to me, worth every dollar.

This high-end litter box is worth every penny! It works like a champ and cleans up perfectly. There is no smell. I am very impressed and am thinking about getting another one to replace one of my other obsolete litter boxes. I highly recommend >^..^<
