I bought this due to having a cat who needs a pristine litter box or he pees in the house. It is the most inexpensive option I could find.It works well 80% of the time. No issues for my two cats. However some times when we go away for the weekend, it gets stuck and then litter accumulates, which defeats the purpose. I found out through trial and error that you need to put A LOT of litter in. If it starts to get low at all, it will clump and it cannot be cleaned. For the price, it is a good product.

Our puppy is liking the litter box too much so we researched ones that can have a quicker response time. This one does via the phone app. So this has been very very helpful for us.We have 1 cat that is 10 lb wand prefers this litter box to a regular one that we have upstairs.The beeps when it cleans at night can be annoying but the dog sleeps with us so we can just mute it for night which is the second button on it. This has been great for us.We accidentally went over a week with out emptying it because it did not smell and so we forgot. So we have it on a chore chart. The bags are a bit odd because I thought they slid over the whole bin. They don’t. The bags have held up. The only time there was an odor, it was because our cat was sick. When she was well - no more odor.The support and help people were helpful getting us through an issue we had.

After almost a year of working perfectly, my machine had an issue with the rake. After several emails, the company sent me a new litter box!! Extremely helpful through the process

I have 3 cats and cleaning litter boxes was my least favorite chore. With this litter system, clean up is so easy! My 6 year old takes out the bag every 2 to 3 days. We never have any smell! I love it so far! Definitely worth the money!

There is way more detail and genuine positive creativity on this review to come from me regarding this wonder machine but I'll save the best for later because I'm going to take my time talking about it. Devoting a deserved few moments to Kung Fu some genuine compliments. SOOOO STAY TUNED!!Okay ???? !! So I'm back ???? and since I have had this thing, almost over 2 months it has performed very well with very little maintenance. Just the occasional sticking clumps from urine saturated liter;(depending upon kind of liter as some stick little if not at all just clay based tends to stick sometimes and unit needs cleaning on the bottom every month or so) everything in reality needs maintenance but this needs very little.The App. is very sophisticated and the mechanical operation is very intelligent ???? since it doesn't jam like most other units.This thing makes the hard work of liter box cleaning ?? a thing of the past. 4 cats would be a breeze because this can handle 7 cats without having to change the poop tray for 3 to 4 days even with 7 cats so 4 cats is a breeze and the typical 1 to 2 cats this thing makes you forget they even need to be cleaned up after with going to the bathroom.Also, with multi-cat situation the box is kept clean so multiple cats don't mind using the same liter in this machine. Don't wait if you're on the fence, it will make your cat maintenance if feeling burdensome feel like a breeze and forgettable!!
